What is Hillel at Temple University?
Committed to serving the social, spiritual, and cultural needs of Jewish students at Temple University, Hillel provides a wide selection of events, programs and resources. On a daily basis students can participate in their choice of BBQ's, concerts, Jewish learning, religious services, Shabbat dinners, lectures, Domestic/International travel, and leadership training.
Hillel and Temple both share a commitment to diversity. Embracing students in a pluralistic environment that encourages the exploration and acceptance of our shared rich, and proud past. Student run programming is an integral part of Temple campus life and serves undergraduates, graduates and community members. A priority of Hillel is to support student initiated programs that provides an entryway to Jewish life on campus for all students.
The Jewish campus experience is enhanced by Temple University's Judaic Studies Department. Both undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as a Certificate program are available.
